shortube.pro Credits Explained: How They Work and When to Use Them
Everything you need to know about shortube.pro video credits, passes and subscriptions.
shortube.pro uses a straightforward credit and pass system. Here's how each option works and when each makes sense.
Video credits
One video credit = one project. A project can be a YouTube URL or uploaded file. From one project you can generate up to 10 Shorts.
Credits are purchased in packs starting at $1 for one credit. Credits never expire — buy 10 and use them whenever you need them.
Best for: Occasional creators, new users who want to try the product, creators who produce content in irregular bursts.
Time passes
Time passes unlock unlimited project creation for a fixed period:
- 24-hour pass ($7): Creates unlimited projects for 24 hours from activation. Best for batch-processing a content backlog.
- 7-day pass ($11): A full week of unlimited processing.
- 30-day pass ($14): Monthly unlimited (renews manually when you're ready).
- 365-day pass ($159): Full year unlimited — best value for consistent creators.
Passes start the moment payment is confirmed and cannot be paused.
What happens if a project fails?
If a project fails due to a technical error on our side (not a bad URL or unsupported format), the credit is automatically refunded to your wallet within minutes. You'll see the credit returned in your Billing page.
Which option should you choose?
- Posting once in a while → buy a single credit ($1)
- Processing a content backlog this weekend → 24-hour pass ($7)
- Running a month-long content campaign → 30-day pass ($14)
- Full-time creator or agency → annual pass ($159)
