Built for content teams
From ingest to published — a pipeline the whole team can run without specialist editing skills.
One workflow, consistent output
AI handles clip selection, captions and metadata so every Short looks on-brand regardless of which team member ran the pipeline.
All channels under one workspace
Connect every YouTube channel your team manages. No more switching accounts or passing credentials between team members.
Remove editing bottlenecks
The AI does the heavy lifting so no single editor becomes the production bottleneck. Any team member can run a full project end-to-end.
Batch-schedule the whole week at once
Queue all channels' Shorts in a single session. The scheduler handles publishing across all accounts at the right times.
Track performance across all channels
Views, likes and engagement in one dashboard. Know which formats and topics are working across your entire content portfolio.
Secure credential management
Client and internal YouTube tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped to explicit upload actions — no background activity.
The team production workflow
Four standardized steps any team member can run — no editing experience required.
Source video in
Any team member pastes a YouTube URL or uploads an MP4. The pipeline starts automatically.
AI clips and captions
Clips are selected, reframed to 9:16, captions burned in and metadata generated — all automated.
Team review
Assigned team member reviews the batch, approves clips and edits any metadata as needed.
Schedule for all channels
Queue Shorts for any connected channel with chosen publish times. One session, multiple channels.
can run the full pipeline
The AI handles all the specialist tasks — clip timing, captions, metadata. Anyone on the team can go from URL to published Short.
in the editing process
No single editor owns the pipeline. Projects can run in parallel across multiple team members simultaneously.
in one dashboard
Every connected YouTube channel appears in one workspace. Channel selection at upload time is clear and explicit.
Team questions answered
Can different team members have their own logins?
Currently shortube.pro supports single-account access. Multi-seat workspace accounts with role-based access are on the roadmap.
How do we handle multiple client channels?
Connect all channels under one account. They all appear in the upload dropdown across every project. No account switching needed.
Is there a limit on how many projects we can run simultaneously?
No hard limit. Multiple projects can be queued and processed concurrently. Priority queue is available on monthly and annual plans.
Can we set a review/approval step before publishing?
Yes. Nothing publishes without an explicit upload action. The clip remains in the project as a draft until a team member approves and schedules it.
What happens if a team member accidentally uploads to the wrong channel?
Channel selection is confirmed explicitly at the upload step. We recommend reviewing the channel selection before confirming. There is no auto-undo once published to YouTube.
